Customer Survey Results

In 2006 CN Research sent a questionnaire to all of its customers to ask them about the research we carried out for them. The questions we asked included; how comprehensive was our proposal, how we communicated with them throughout the project, how we carried out the requirements of the proposal, Reporting of the findings and value for money.

We see this feedback as extremely beneficial to our company and informs us of any improvements we can make within the business. This is an ongoing programme which will be reported on at regular intervals.
