NHS Foundation Trust Status Membership Recruitment

As part of the process of achieving Foundation Status all NHS Trusts are required to recruit members of the public and members of staff to become members of their Partnership Trust. Foundation Trust Status means that local people will have more say on the management and development of local Health Services.

CN Research has vast experience in the recruitment of Panels, the management of Panels and consulting with Panel Members through both quantitative and qualitative techniques. We are currently recruiting members for the Cumbria Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust through a telephone methodology, however there are a number of ways in which members can be recruited including face to face recruitment, postal recruitment and recruitment from leaflets and posters.

We are experienced in the management of membership panels and also consultation with members through regular surveys.
