Carlisle City Council – Citizens Panel

We manage all aspects of the Carlisle City Councils Citizens Panel, including recruitment, two consultations a year plus annual refreshment. We have extensive experience of consulting with citizens panels on a county wide and district basis. Research methods used on previous panels include postal, telephone, workshops and focus groups.
