Impact Housing has asked CN Research to conduct a series of focus groups across Cumbria

Impact Housing has asked CN Research to conduct a series of focus groups across Cumbria. The research is focused around the communications between the Housing Association and its residents. CN Research and Impact Housing have been working together on various projects in the last few years and this project will help develop a clearer communication strategy between the Housing Association and their residents.
